OG Louis Vasquez: Inactive vs. Miami

OG Louis Vasquez (knee) was declared inactive for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Also inactive for the Chargers are RB LaDainian Tomlinson (ankle), C Nick Hardwick (ankle), DE Travis Johnson (groin), LB Antwan Applewhite (hamstring), WR Buster Davis and FS C.J. Spillman.

The Dolphins declared the following players inactive: WR Patrick Turner, OG Shawn Murphy, OT Andrew Gardner, SS Chris Clemons, LB Erik Walden, TE John Nalbone and DL Lionel Dotson.

Charlie Whitehurst is the No. 3 QB for the Chargers, while Chad Henne holds those honors for the Dolphins.

Biography:
The San Diego Chargers selected Texas Tech OG Louis Vasquez in the third round (No. 78 overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft.

A consensus All-Big 12 selection as a senior, Vasquez started 35 games during his collegiate career for the Red Raiders. He’ll have no problem fitting in with San Diego’s high-powered offense as Tech featured the NCAA’s fourth-ranked offense in 2008.
