Adrian Dingle was drafted by the Chargers in the 5th round of the 1999 NFL Draft, 139th overall.
NFL
2002
Had 25 sacks and 4 sacks playing defensive end. Also added 4 stuffs and 1 fumble recovery.
He has become a fixture in the defensive line rotation in 2002 and has filled in admirably for Marcellus Wiley when Wiley battled a groin injury.
Dingle entered the 2002 season with career totals including 27 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
College
Dingle broke the single-season school record with 10.5 sacks at Clemson. His 23 career sacks ranks third-best in school history and he ranks sixth on school’s career charts with 45 tackles for loss.
