| Biography: |
Two-year starter awarded All-Conference honors after his junior and
sophomore campaigns. Totals last season included 52/8/6 after
56/8.5/5.5 the prior year.
Pos:
Fast, undersized defensive end who projects to linebacker at the
next level. Quick off the snap, immediately alters his angle of attack and
displays speed in every direction. Loses little momentum when he must change
direction. Shows abilities backpedaling off the line and playing in space. Reads the
action and does not bite on ball fakes.
Neg:
Small at defensive end, controlled by opponents or driven off the
line of scrimmage. Does not consistently chase hard to get involved in
the action. |
