| Shane Olivea, an offensive tackle out of Ohio State, was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft, 209th overall. Signed a six-year extension in August of 2006.
2006
Started all 16 games at right tackle. Helped pave the way for LaDainian Tomlinson's record-breaking season.
2005
Started 15 games at right tackle, missing week 16 due to a knee sprain. Helped the team rank in the top ten in rushing offense and in the league's top half in sacks allowed.
2004
Earned a starting spot as a rookie and started every game at right tackle. Was the only offensive lineman to play every offensive snap of the season. |
