| Clinton Hart was claimed off waivers by the Chargers on September 25, 2004 after being cut by the Eagles.Signed a three-year extension prior to the 2006 season.

Played in all 16 games, finishing with 48 tackles and a career-high three interceptions.

Played in all 16 games, finishing with 45 tackles, an interception and two touchdowns - one bringing back the interception and the other off a Donnie Edwards lateral.
