| Nick Hardwick, a center out of Purdue, was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft, 66th overall.
2006
Started all 16 games for the first time in his career and earned a Pro Bowl berth as the Chargers ranked second in rushing offense and eighth in sacks allowed.
2005
Started 13 games at center as the Chargers ranked in the top ten in rushing offense and in the top half of the league in sacks allowed.
2004
Started all 14 games as a rookie center when incumbent Jason Ball held out due to a contract dispute, as the Chargers ranked sixth in rushing offense and allowed the fourth-fewest sacks in the league.
