Biography:
Cesaire was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent on April 28th, 2003.

2004

Cesaire took over the starting position for an injured Adrian Dingle and 30 tackles with a half a sack on the season.

College

A four-year starter in the Southern Connecticut State University defensive line, and team captain as a senior was selected as a NCAA Division II first team All-America. Had 46 tackles, including seven sacks, a forced fumble and 17 tackles for losses of 66 yards. Over his four seasons as a starter, Cesaire had 206 total tackles with 21 quarterback sacks, four forced fumbles and 54 tackles for losses of 201 yards.
