Shawne Merriman and Shaun Phillips return at outside linebacker, but the spots behind them are up for grabs. Marques Harris, a regular in the defensive rotation last season, also proved an impactful force on special teams. However, rising star Jyles Tucker, is set to challenge Harris' role after closing his rookie season with a splash.
