For the second consecutive year, the Chargers will wrap up the preseason by pitting Norv Turner’s offense against Greg Manusky’s defense. This season, the coaches have changed sides and will let their second- and third-string players battle for bragging rights. Both teams are expected to play their starters for 10-12 plays before switching to evaluation mode.
