Training Camp: Chargers Break Out the Pads

The Chargers kicked off their third day of training camp on Sunday and the players brought their battle gear. A few young players, like Jyles Tucker and Gary Banks, continued their hot starts. Others, like Paul Oliver, struggled to stand out. Michael Kranzler was live on the scene and serves up the low-down on all the day's top story lines.

Déjà Vu Sunday's practice marked the first day in full pads, and it was immediately evident that the team was excited to finally do some hitting. Practice opened up with a quick Oklahoma Drill, a la Marty Schottenheimer, and the players used that to get hyped up for the rest of practice.
