As the race to sign undrafted free agents comes to a head, the San Diego Chargers have signed four more players.

Hawaii defensive lineman Lui Fugo struggled through injuries in his career and finished his senior season with 24 tackles, 4 quarterback hurries and a recovered fumble.

Cornerback Gabe Franklin accepted a $9,000 signing bonus to join the Bolts. With offers from Philadelphia and Kansas City, he chose the Chargers because they did not pick any defensive backs in the NFL Draft.

Franklin, a California native, had 18 interceptions as a member of Boise State.

Arizona State linebacker Justin Burks had 95 tackles as a senior, including 2.5 for a loss and two forced fumbles. A two-year starter at linebacker, Burks started 23 of 24 games.

Texas Tech defensive end Adell Duckett wrapped up his career as one of the top defensive ends in school history. He set school records for single-season sacks (14) and tackles for loss (23) in 2003, and finished his career in second place in sacks (28).
